TRW is pleased to welcome Terese Gibas as an Architectural Historian, expanding the firm’s expertise in historic preservation, architectural history, and adaptive reuse.

Terese brings a unique blend of architectural design experience and specialized preservation knowledge to TRW. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University before completing a Master’s degree in Architectural History from the University of Virginia, where she focused on the research, documentation, and interpretation of historic places and buildings.

Before joining TRW, Terese worked with an architectural firm in the Chicago area, contributing to educational, municipal, and religious projects. Her passion for historic preservation ultimately led her to pursue advanced study and a career dedicated to helping communities preserve and revitalize their historic resources.

At TRW, Terese supports clients through historical research and analysis, preservation planning, historic resource documentation, state historic review coordination, and historic tax credit projects. She also contributes architectural drafting and 3D modeling expertise, reinforcing TRW’s integrated approach to preservation and design.
